Trump loves to use of the private joke to make people think he's bringing them into his circle. It's his schtick, and I personally find it very off-putting.

He's probably referring to when he takes business trips in Cincinnati, his security detail would take him over to Newport KY along Monmouth St where he would sexually assault underage prostitutes hanging out in near the strip clubs.

It's because in parts of Kentucky in the 50's, 60's and into the 70's, the mob and some nickle-ninety-eight gangsters had strip bars - it was well known as a place to go to have a "good time", prostitution, illegal gambling and so on.

Interesting that he would be stupid enough to mention this.
