I think it's the opposite. If BK gets denied, the light right is going to be pissed at the people on the right who didn't vote for him, and will not support the RINOs by voting. Whereas if he does get confirmed, they will support those who voted, and they will also rise up to vote out as many Dems as they can since this dog and phony show was allowed to happen. (And yes, I meant "phony".)
They can't do both.
1). Not vote for RINO's
2). Vote out Dems
They will vote for any Republican and against any Democrat .... which is exactly what I will do UNTIL the Democratic Party becomes the Democratic Party again and shows some backbone about this #Resistance/Impeach stuff.
ANY vote for a Democrat in today's #Resistance/Impeach Hysterical Meltdown is Dangerous for our entire System of Government. Even Joe Manchin is scared to death to defy Schumer and the Leftist Radicals. They ALL are afraid.
If Ford would give a date and place this incident supposedly occurred, it's very likely Kavanaugh could provide evidence to dispute her allegation. That's exactly why she'll never give that info. Too easy to refute.
Yeah, right...If more than 10% of Kavanaugh's records were released for review and discussion maybe we could actually consider his qualifications and suitability for the Supreme Court. Without that, we must assume that Trump and Kavanaugh are hiding something. This is a pig in a poke....let the buyer beware.
She would have had details at least of a place and time. Who drove her there and back. The people that were there, would corroborate who was there. The people outside would have had their interest saying they didn't know anything that happened, but Kavanaugh was there. In other words, given that anybody mentioned has no inclination that Kavanaugh and her were every remotely close, including anybody she was remotely close with (remember, she initially said she was there with a girl friend), her accounts are being fuzzed up by multiple different situations or occasions.
At least a time and place would have been corroborated or better remembered.
A time and place is something that can be proven OR disproven -- that might prove very awkward.
Better to be very, very vague about all that -

All 300+ of his rulings/decisions/dissents during his 12 years as a Federal Court of Appeals Judge are available to the public. Read them. That's his professional body of work as a Federal Court Judge.
Kavanaugh apparently exposed himself to several female hospital personnel when he was born. We need further FBI investigations...
