SILVER SPRING, Md. (AP) - Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh made it clear in a 2011 dissenting appeals court opinion that he thinks Americans can keep most guns, even the AR-15 rifles used in some recent mass shootings.
They 'forget' to mention that AR-15 rifles have also been used to stop mass shootings (e.g. Sutherland Springs, TX).
Yes, he does have clear views, which is why I'm happy to have him as the nominee. I thought it was going to be Barrett, who has been way too quiet about her views on the matter. Now we just need for him to be approved.
This is the reason why I voted for Trump. I could care less about the wall and all that other crap, I care about him putting in as many judges that are pro second amendment as possible.
I wouldnt consider the statement of " I think americans should be allowed to keep MOST guns" to be remotely pro-2nd amendment!! Constitution is crystal clear...NO infringement, maybe these people need to google the definition of 'infringement' ? LOL
He's good on guns. Too bad he's a leftist on pretty much everything else.
