Something to fathom.
No mystery to Supreme Court nominee Kavanaugh's gun views

No surprise. I have no problem with his views and fully support Kavanaugh and Trump.

Usual execrable bias from AP at OP's link:
Quote:
SILVER SPRING, Md. (AP) - Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh made it clear in a 2011 dissenting appeals court opinion that he thinks Americans can keep most guns, even the AR-15 rifles used in some recent mass shootings.

They 'forget' to mention that AR-15 rifles have also been used to stop mass shootings (e.g. Sutherland Springs, TX).

He's good on guns. Too bad he's a leftist on pretty much everything else.

Yes, he does have clear views, which is why I'm happy to have him as the nominee. I thought it was going to be Barrett, who has been way too quiet about her views on the matter. Now we just need for him to be approved.

I wouldnt consider the statement of " I think americans should be allowed to keep MOST guns" to be remotely pro-2nd amendment!! Constitution is crystal clear...NO infringement, maybe these people need to google the definition of 'infringement' ? LOL

Can't find a supreme Court nominee that says Hughes Amendment and the NFA are unconstitutional?

Well maybe you know or have read something that is not common knowledge to most of us.

Please bullet point some of his leftist views?
Also, who would you have chosen instead?

TIA
