And dont worry about the male's comment about willingly taking drugs and stuff. His mindset may be no different than those accused.
“Gradually becoming” ?

Throughout history, the victim was blamed/ shamed. She became damaged goods and a source of family shame. Best to remain silent than damage the family’s standing within the community.

The concept of childhood is a modern construct.

During colonial times, the rape of a slave was viewed as a right, not a crime.

Delaware determined age 7 was an appropriate age of consent for a girl. I wonder how this was rationalized.

The concept of spousal rape was vigorously opposed in the US by many church leaders.

Definition of rape is highly variable throughout the world.

When ( if) rape laws evolve and a government encourages reporting of rape, the number of reported rapes tend to substantially increase.

So automatically she’s doing it or her own freewill? She’s 11 not 15 or 16 she should be on the play ground.
The problem with stores such as this one is your only hear one side of it.

Look at the sentencing guidelines for Rape 1, 2 and 3 (Rape 3 is statutory rape), punishment is much less severe than first degree rape, why do you think that is?

Prior to 2005, rape was not rape if the victim was under the influence of a substance, in Sweden.

Country changed the law and proactively encouraged women to report rape.

The number of reported rapes exploded.

If I had a child, especially a young girl with disabilities, I would know where she was and who she was with every second of every day.

Where were the parents?
