Lt Quarles Harris Jr was killed ten years ago.

At the time, he was cooperating with an investigation into his crimes- identity theft/ credit card fraud.

Looks like World Net Daily was the source that first fabricated the story and attributed it to the Washington Times to add fake credibility.

It continues to make the rounds.

BTW, the dead guy was not a lieutenant- never served and is still dead.

John Brennan was head of the CIA from 2013 to 2017.
