The Russian meddling happened when Obama was President. If anybody deserves blame for it, it is the Obama administration and the people who worked during his term. It speaks to their lack of competence.

Subsequent, she iterated the remark was " grossly generalistic" and gave examples of deplorable characteristics.
Unless you are a white supremist, into attacking Gold Star families, homophobic, seek to deny civil rights and so on, it does not appear she was talking about you.
