Many people prefer a budget short fall rather than a surplus. They aren't being over taxed.

Its good to see a government try to live within its means. Any surplus should be returned to the tax payers.

Your preference is ripe for theft like we have seen with SS at the national level.

The pot of gold is a honey trap. Taxes are never to high for a Dem.
There is little difference between them and a bank robber.
