Don't say Russian President Vladimir Putin doesn't have a sense of humor.
For April Fools' Day, the Russian Foreign Ministry put out an "official joke" - a video of a proposed voice-mail message for its embassy answering machines. In the clip, recorded in Russian and English, an automated recording tells callers to press 1 for "a call from a Russian diplomat to your political opponent." You can press 2 "to use the services of Russian hackers," or 3 "to request election interference."
Naw, they're pretty much laughing only at Democrats. That's who made up, and fell for, the cockamamie fairy tales about Russians influencing our elections.... and the Russians know it.
Shows how the Russians can make humor about a thing that has become so insanely dumb. I also got a good laugh when Putin was asked if they meddled in our elections and he said in broken English "read my lips, NO!"
Russians love nothing more than to laugh, at someone elses expense.
They are jolly people.
Putin has a great sense of humor. I was chatting with a coworker, and pointed out that Putin was trolling us when he said "Read my lips, election interference claims are lies". He is parodying Reagan. Remember what happened there right?
Putins laughing at all of us. We need a president that will stop letting us be the target of such mockery. And that's not Trump so far. I have to admit though, Putins sense of humor is in fact pretty awesome there.
