And, how exactly, did the Russians turn a blue state red? Did they hold a gun to every voter's head? Or did they hold their families hostage while following voters to the polls to make sure they voted for Trump.

You need to start comprehending whats being discussed, not making up fantasies about it. This isnt about our election process, this is about how external countries are influencing our elections. It isnt even about WHO gets elected to them, it is about causing doubt, and mistrust in our process. Its about damaging our society.

Several good points there but let's start with the biggies.
1) The main damage the Russians did was in revealing the truth about things like debate cheating. They didn't make her cheat, they didn't create a false story about her cheating, they just exposed it.
2) More countries than just Russia do things like this....including our own country. So I have a hard time being outraged because that would be full of hypocrisy. I wish we too stayed out of interfering in foreign democracies.
3) The average American voter isn't that bright. That's not something you can fix.
I spent a lot of time banging on doors during the campaign. What the stolen Emails did was to drive down democrat participation. Same as the week when Comey came out with his investigation just killed all the get out the vote effort.
So did the Russians hurt her campaign, the answer is yes.

Russians probably trying some hacking but Hillary lost because she was a terrible candidate, the worst combination of SJWs with Reagan economic policy. Obama was in the SJW corner but at least he believed in New Deal economic policies.
