Well yeah, two of those exiting presidents were impeached, one ended in complete disaster after 4 years....
and then there was W who completely tanked his presidency. Exiting ratings are historically low points, and I think Obama is different for a reason....
I strongly suspect Obama's huge surge (5.8%) in his last quarter has a lot to do with America's depression about their two choices for president. His first quarter and his last quarter were 7.45% higher than his third highest quarter! (And his fourth highest quarter also came after the two candidates were picked.)
More than anything, Obama's approval numbers show how horribly he divided the country rather than showing he was mediocre.
