Are you trying to say that he said Bill was raped? I'm very confused as to what your point on this is. Those in positions of power often believe that power gives them carte blanche to demand whatever they want from people. Sex especially. The sex they fake may be non violet, in comparison to a street rape, but that doesn't mean it is consensual. Nor, just because a woman submits does it imply consent. Whether in government or private work, those in power victimize those who work under their rule all the time. I find it sickening, and calling such an "act between consenting adults" doesn't gloss it over.
