CNN is reporting that the Orlando shooter tried to buy military-grade body armor and large amounts of ammo but the store refused to sell it to him. The store owner thought he was suspicious and notified authorities.

ok so they questioned this guy not once, not twice, but 3 times. let him go.
then a store alerts authorities that someone is trying to buy massive amounts of ammo and body armor, and it ether doesn't get to the Feds or they chose to ignore it.
oh and lets not forget who Omar Mateen idolized - the Tsarnaev brothers. ALSO cleared by the FBI who ALSO ignored warnings from Russian intelligence.
