Now that Bush is not longer in office, the media and the Left have ignored her calls for the democrats to bring all troops home immediately. She is still out there, but would rather she be quiet and not put undue pressure on obama and the dems.

Really? Did she call and tell you that or did you make this up? Did she know in May 2007 that Obama would be President?

Anti-war mom Cindy Sheehan gives up her protest - CNN.com

Cindy Sheehan, the California mother who became an anti-war leader after her son was killed in Iraq, declared Monday she was walking away from the peace movement.
She already went up against Pelosi and lost.

Pelosi was elected to a 12th House term representing San Francisco with 71.56 percent of the vote, compared to 17.19 percent for Sheehan, with 67 percent of precincts reporting.

This media has decided that Cindy Sheehan's 15 minutes of fame is over now that GWB is no longer in office. Sheehan pushes on without media coverage.

Interesting. So the following statement is wrong and Sheehan is NOT an Obamatron as has been implied?

I never figured Cindy Sheehan to be a supporter of Obama since he did not withdraw troops immediately.

Correct, Sheehan is all about pulling out of Iraq. She could care less who the POTUS is.

I have to add, I have two sons, no daughters. I honestly could not state with any conviction how I would react if I lost one in this war. I do agree with some of what Sheehan is doing and do not agree some things she has done but I will not degrade her and this fight which she has assumed as a result of the death of her son.
