Not saying all, but what about Community Colleges are free to start off. Read an article where the Goverment is giving 6 Billion dollar tax break to a company in the US that is worth $144 Billion dollars. Doesn't seem like they really need a tax break that Goverment money could be used elsewhere.

No. We have a whole world to police. Can't afford to divert money to educating American citizens.
