Wow. No. You apparently don't know much about weather in different parts of the country.

Don't forget that Nevada shipped all their homeless/mentally ill to CA on buses.

The most attractive places to live in the country are cities governed by Democrats. New York, San Francisco, Seattle, LA and their suburbs.

There isn't a huge disparity in housing in Mississippi because the disparity between a shack and a mansion is maybe $300K, where as where I live the difference is $800K.

Mild meaning both extremes of cold and hot.

Did you happen to see what state is first.

California weather is only great during certain times of the year... I've been to San Francisco and use to live in Seattle... it gets WINTERY cold in Seattle, -10 degrees Seattle is no different than -20 in New York, you can't live in either... The homeless population has more to do with lack of jobs, local mentality, and social services than it has to do with "weather"... California is looking for Federal bailout of the homeless cause they rather use other state taxpayer's money than their own... the very definition of "liberal"...

But, but, but San Francisco has been run by the most liberal of people for ever, it should surely be an absolute Utopia by now, flowing with milk and honey and every man a king. What could possibly be wrong?

Gang-infested inner-cities are "attractive places to live?" Unaffordable housing areas are "attractive places to live?" Um... no.

Perhaps a racist would LOVE to live in this Dem city, huh?

Chicago: America's most segregated city - Jan. 5, 2016

The inner cities of Houston and Dallas are "gang infested" far beyond New York or San Francisco.
