Who are you kidding? When a liberal in US says POC you really think they include Japanese (who are very light skinned by the way) ? Libs are really delivering in this thread lol.
I digress. Im a liberal, I detest identity politics, and yet most of the stuff I see that supports or engages in identitiy politics is perpetrated by white folks.
The right and GOP panders almost exclusively to a specific demographic of white people and engages in exclusionary tactics which blame nonewhites for all America's social and fiscal woes, encouraging poor whites to vote against their own self interest for the sake of some hokey old-timey fantasy that never really existed.
Not so much the mainstream democrats, but the further/radical left elements seem to really get off on sharing "dear white people" articles written by smarmy bloggers on social media, sharing anti-white memes and things like that seem to be largely comprised of white women. Of the hundreds of people I am connected with via social media, all of whom I know personally, it's a very slim minority of POC that actually play this game.
