Within a country there are two sets of people. There are the citizens and there is the government which is made up of its citizens.

Within the people there are two types of people. There are those who will give (volunteer) whatever possible in times of crises and then you have those, that will not give (volunteer) unless there is something in it for them. Both types make up representatives of the government.

What we know so far in this thread is that Obama (2008) used the words off teleprompter, National Civilian Security Force, just as well funded as the military. We know from that developed a well funded bill, Serve America Act. From that comes an implementation of a program that has hit government funded education system, called Service Learning.

Now you want to say that American farmers decided they no longer want to feed America but establish Imperialism instead. Well, lets look at this:

There are farms that are failing all across the country because the people who own them will not play the game and find the government is not a good fit for them.

Obama did not say he would create some nefarious "civilian security army" - he was in fact talking about things like the Peace Corp.

However, Obama did in fact specifically call ISIS the JV team and then Obama lied about that. Obama did say you can keep your doctor and then lied about it.

The problem is too many conservatives lie about Obama and too many liberals lie about Obama...and the cherry on top is that Obama is highly disingenuous and a pathological liar himself.
