When looking at our recent economic downturns it's always the same : middle class

In '08 they got into bad loans irresponsibly and tanked our economy.

Same in tech boom, they literally ran to stocks.

Probably this year they'll give us another major recession.

Politicians always trying to cut tax deals and considering them "the holy grail" of the economy.

No help for poor, homeless, singles, students, disabled, ex-criminals...etc. but only middle class.

I think it's disgusting!!!

There are so many good and honest people that can contribute to economy with right push

It seems in the end middle class will eat the entire country and US will become a 3rd world country

An irresponsible chunk will destroy us

So sad to see this.

lmao...It's not the middle class that will turn us into a 3rd world hellhole, it's the poor, the lazy and the fraudulent that will because they are increasing in numbers by the day.

Got a credible link op or is this just your opinion and rant?

Darn tootin'! Those poor people are just too greedy! They're not poor enough! That's the problem!

The 'middle class' is shrinking due to lack of jobs, low wages, taxes and incompetent government. In the 50's and 60's people were moving UP into the middle class working in factories and construction and transportation...I had neighbors making a good living, putting money in the bank and eventually sent their kids to college working at B.F. Goodrich, Yellow Freight, U.S. Metal Container, Crane Industries. NONE of those jobs are left in the town where I grew up. The 'middle class' has enough trouble without OP piling on

This sentence alone shows you are either a troll or just woefully ignorant.

Don't worry, Sanders and your support for him will fix that by making everyone poor.

Don't worry, whatever GOP clown you vote for will be sure to reinforce your ignorance and prejudices.

Agree and the op seems to ignore that most middle income people have seen their wages reduced with this economy making for more poor and desperate people. Taxes are often the burden of the middle class not the rich or the very poor, but the middle class. Not sure where the op gets his information
