1. Her and Bill were too "good" for Arkansas.

2. Her and Bill wanted to stay relevant by carpetbagging a New York Senate seat.

3. A bit of both.

Seriously, if I was from Arkansas, I'd be pissed that the former Governor and his wife left the state after they had a taste of the "good" life.

The Clinton's have an apartment/penthouse in Little Rock built into Bill's presidential library. The book "Blood Feud" by Edward Klein goes into detail about the apartment and Bill's 'special guests' that he receives when he stays overnight.

Moving to a deep blue state and being a Clinton, she would get elected as a Senator as a sure thing.
If she wins the primary, NY will vote for her with a large majority vote.

Yes, but that doesn't make it right. That's not how elections are supposed to work. Carpetbagging is a very dirty trick.

Well I think Hillary had planned on becoming senator of New York before Bill Clinton left the presidency in 2001. Senators have to live in the state they represent. As they were married, Bill decided to also move to support his wife. Hillary lived in Arkansas when Bill was Attorney General and then Governor. So it was only fair.

Arkansas is Bill's home state, not Hillary's. I do think it was partly also not wanting to live in Arkansas, and who can blame them?

As Governor and First Lady of a state, I think they should have at least had the decency to call the place home instead of seeking out something "better". Like I said, if I was an Arkansas resident, I'd be pissed.

Hillary had to move to New York, the people in Arkansas would have never been stupid enough to elect her to the senate.

That. Downstate New York voters will vote for any idiot with a (D) after their name.
