What does flipping houses have to do with foreclosing on someones home? Did she foreclose on someones home??

According to American Thinker:
In 1993 a house was purchased at it's $30,000 asking price and re-sold 5 months later for $115,000.
Another house was purchased in 1993 and transferred to her brother in 2004. That's 11 years - hardly flipping for profits.
