It really shouldn't be, for there appears to be no doubt that these 'gangs' of Pakistani immigrants have been terrorizing this area for some 16 years (the period in which the rapes/abuse/prostitution by these gangs occurred).
Yet, it appears that there is a problem throughout the community, with men of all races being guilty. Here is a recent article about a policeman from the town of Rotherham:

Indeed it is but I wonder if England keeps race like the US does...I can show example of Texas 10 most wanted being mostly people from Mexico or Central America but being called white. Another thing. OBVIOUSLY if they know they are white that means they were caught,convicted and thrown in prison,they didn't do it to these Muslims why? Because they are afraid of being called racist...1,400 girls AT LEAST have had their innocence stolen from them because the government in England much like Democrats here decided to allow illegal foreigners into the country to get their vote...all at the expense of English girls....
