Do right by the children? They're here illegally, pushed and encouraged by their parents and their nations! What about doing right by the US as a sovreign nation and doing right by the US taxpayers?

How about if he personally pays for the children? I'll bet at the end of the day he won't.
They keep harping on "the children".
65% of them have been "reunited" with relatives here in the US.
The other issue is single mothers coming across.
A church group in McAllen is seeing 200+ come through a day getting donated clothes for themselves and their children.
This group are getting bus tickets to whatever city they choose in the US along with their "permisos"
One woman interviewed said she was going to her sister's house and will look for a job and raise her daughter here in the US.
They are past the point of even trying to hide anymore.
I know of a church that is actively involved in helping out in this crisis, and the difficulty and emotion are gut wrenching.
Knowing what they are going through to get here and the conflict of not fallowing protocols make this whole issue tense.
Some whom are deported, will head right back and do it again until the laws change , free food and health care, why not.
Seizure of ALL assets, business and personal.
Even go after corporate stockholders for being an accomplice.
$1 million fine plus court costs for every undocumented worker employed might make a difference. I don't think one is going to find many undocumented workers employed by publicly- traded companies owned by shareholders. Rather it's the perk of small business.
Who built your home/ office?
Who remodeled your home?
Who cleans your home/ office?
Who mows your grass?
Who planted you tree?
Who laid your patio?
Who nannies your children?
Who cooks the food at your favorite restaurant?
Who washes the dishes at your favorite restaurant?
Who picked the crops you eat?
Who packed the meat and poultry you eat?
Change will only happen when the risks of employing cheap labor are greater than the rewards.
We should be forcing their governments to take responsibility for 'Their Children', then we can take care of 'Our' own.
