It is time to change the dialogue on LGBT rights. ENDA doesn't cover everything.Time to use a one bill strategy to add just four words, sexual orientation and gender identity to all the statutes that protect the already existing protected classes. A one bill strategy would add sexual orientation and gender identity to such existing laws as the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Fair Housing, 1972 Education Amendment Act and the Fair Credit Act to name a few.
