Sick culture all right..but not the one "we" have now. The culture of the human trash that did that.
This will be the "norm" someday where it won't surprise anyone. As society continues to decline and what was once unheard of or unacceptable continue people become immune to it. People will make excuses for this human trash.
What about the people who stood around and watched the savages take the groceries and probably her handbag and did nothing? Doesn't say much for them does it?

Sadly, you may be right. The "culture" in our urban areas is already a step below most ignorant savages in a jungle.
Clearly one can see from her fine parenting what road she wants her children to take.
Are you trying to make some sort of point? Crowded urban areas bring out the worst of the human race. In rural areas, in the event of a bad car accident people actually stop and try to help, not steal from the victim.
