I'm fairly certain that when he walked down the street, people looked at him and identified him as a black man, not a half black man. His experience living in America has been that of a black man.
So what's your point?
Don't make a difference what anyone considers him. Having many bi-racial family members on my hubby's side, they all consider him bi-racial as they all are.
They will beg you to differ with them, one parent black one white, and you get what? So what some of my husband's family members, are very white, while others are black, still ask them what they are and they will tell you the best of both worlds. And they are the most positive of people.
So what a bi-racial child, is going to be either light or dark, what is your point!

Point of fact, if he had entered a restaurant in Mississippi in 1962, he would have been refused service because of the "No Negros Allowed" sign.
If he had lived before the civil war in the south, he would have automatically been considered a slave unless he could show papers of manumission.
That's black.......and there's no way to spin it otherwise.

Well President Obama Is Bi-Racial which is half Caucasian & half Negroid as far as race is concerned. He is a nice looking "mocha" man! Now we have to figure out what race Boehner belongs too with his "spray tan orange face!
