There's nothing offensive about a racial classification. It only serves to label certain groupings of people. We're not all the same race, as people from European heritage (and to a lesser extent Asian heritage) have partial ancestry from Neanderthals and Denisovans - something which sub-Saharan Africans do NOT have.
