Maybe that's why the OP hasn't returned to reply yet...

But seriously, there are WAY too many people who have no clue what "Freedom of Speech" actually means. If we were subject to arrest for speaking out against the POTUS, half of the members on this board (if not more) would be sitting in jail right now.

It does not necessarily have to involve doing time. Consider the 'Fairness Doctrine,' which was an FCC policy that required media outlets to give time to an opposing view. It was used by both the JFK and Nixon admins to intimidate opposing voices. Nobody ever did time for violating the fairness doctrine but it did inhibit speech. It was not until the Fairness Doctrine was jettisoned under Reagan that talk radio was able to flourish.
