Actually, I was pleased to learn that in several areas of the country, Occupy has got smart: They go to banks and use their raised $$ to buy the most delinquent mortgages from the banks, frequently at less that 5 cents on the dollar and then make new arrangements with the property owner. From what I understand, there was a point, in Brooklyn, that they were buying $8M a month in mortgages form a local bank for $400K and outright forgiving the mortgages to the owners, they had to go to court because the bank refused to sell them anymore loans, even when the bank sold them to collection agency's for even less than Occupy's offer.
One guy pooping on a police car is a crime wave? Okaaaay.
