Signed,

A pissed off Liberal Black Male.

I'm just as frustrated with the black community for not protesting the system that outsources their blue collar jobs, cuts the public sector that disproportionately employs them, destroys unions, cuts education to their public schools, violates their privacy, and disenfranchises them at the ballot box.
Don't you watch the Boondocks? We need MLK to come back, get people motivated and then we vote in Oprah. I know it's not really funny but if people organized things and had a focus it could be like the civil rights movement. Blacks, whites, Hispanics, Asians,, etc, all fighting for a better America. Who will lead us?

In my opinion, there will be no real change until white men join the movement and protest in numbers alongside black men. White people have been present in every major social change in this country. This is a country created by white men, with a perverse obsession with protecting white men at all costs.

It would be awesome if America could all get on the same page, but not going to happen...to many varied interests and issues and if it gained any momentum the Koch brothers and Rupert Murdoch would buy it out and get Palin and Limpballs to front it .
