Yup. A program started by Reagan and that first went cellular during the Bush administration is clearly an Obama entitlement program.

Doesn't matter who started it.
The program itself has merit.

It was the move to cellphones that opened the door to greed, corruption and outright theft.
All this crap didn't start happening until we moved to cellphones.

Go back to landlines because neither the people, nor the businesses, nor the government can be trusted to run it correctly.
