So they have enough to send in a military force to apprehend these guys but need evidence to try them in a civilian court? What kind of insanity is going on here. They are droning people left and right but these guys are just being watched?? Are they waiting until the midterms to go get em and play hero again??
"WASHINGTON -- Five men are under round-the-clock U.S. surveillance in Libya, wanted for questioning in the attack last year on the diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya. U.S. officials say that the White House believes that there is enough proof for a military force to seize the five as terrorist suspects but that it prefers to wait until investigators have enough evidence to try them in a U.S. civilian courtroom. The decision not to seize the men militarily underscores the White House aim to move away from hunting terrorists as enemy combatants."
Instead, the White House is looking toward a process in which most terrorist suspects are apprehended and tried by the countries where they are living, or arrested by the U.S. with the host country's cooperation and tried in U.S. criminal courts"
Didnt Obama say they would use all resources, yada yada yada and go after and get these guys?!?! We've basically known who they are, where they are for months yet we do nothing. WTH?! They attacked our damn embassy and killed Americans!!!!!!!!!!! WTH are you friggin waiting for?? Dont give me that prosecution crap! GO GET THEM. Kill them if you have to!!!!!
They are probably afraid the names of these guys will be traced to AQ and back to the "rebels", the same AQ "rebels" Hillary hired to go kill momar. That is the real "scandal" they are trying to cover up and the state department giving them arms to boot.
