LMAO! This is as dumb as the "don't buy gas today" boycott. Zero impact. If the boycott were more like, reduce your consumption altogether, that would actually have an impact, although not very big unless it were sustained for a long period of time.

Remember how all the oil companies would be stuck with billions of gallons of gas if we boycotted for a day? Never happened, because people just filled up the day before or the day after if they participated in the "boycott". Same amount was sold, just with spikes on the day before and after that totally offset the dip on the day of the boycott.

And why do we call it a boycott? Isn't that sexist? It should be called a peoplecott....

Default Mocking their own people

Doesn't anyone see that the organizers of this "boycott" are mocking their own people????

Why choose today of all days????...Why November 2nd????

The mockery is that today is "Entitlement Payment Day"....That's right...Social Security payments, and many of the other local "social welfare" payments are made today...

So, in effect, these organizers are saying "This is the 'Power Day' for African Americans"......

This is a shame...There are far better ways to get attention to problems...

It is more of a symbolic value then a hit to economy. People wanting to buy milk or bread will buy it one day earlier or the next day.
