First of all, Chicago is not even among the 20 most violent cities in USA.
Second, what do the world safest cities and countries have in common? They are all places with strict gun laws.

Why would you think this is something peculiar to Chicago policies when homicide rates are high in every American city with a high percentage of blacks?
Why don't you show us a comparison of the black vs. non-black homicide rate in some major US cities?

Why is it that Illinois without Chicago has a murder rate around that of the "safe european countries".....10 times less than CHicago despite having less strict gun laws?
