He might if he wasn't causing most of the reasons why it's been slow. Scott Walker can't change federal policy or stop them from spending more money than they have.
The 43 states that are doing better than WI regarding job creation aren't crying and blaming.
The Wisconsin unemployment rate is 7.1, which is not good, but still under the national average. If you look at states in that region: IL=9.5%, MI=8.5%,MN=5.4%.
So WI is not doing great, but certainly better than its neighbor to the south and home state of the prez. Walker took office as gov. barely over 2 years ago. Any reasonable person would have to agree that it is too soon to assess the effects of his policies.

Walker must not be a reasonable person because he is the one who promised 250,000 new jobs in WI by the end of his first term.
Scott Walker took on a state filled with corrupt labor union trash and he's put them back in their place. They tried everything up to and including intimidation, lies and character assassination to get him out of office and they've failed just as bad as their recall attempt failed.
Scott Walker is doing the best anyone can be expected to do given the state of the economy in this country. A few angry liberal morons don't represent the state of WI.
How does the rate of job growth in Wisconsin compare to other states?
Oh, I get it, the slow recovery is Obama's fault, but not Walker's? A double standard. How surprising.
I think the Keynesian crackdown has been a major factor slowing the whole damn country. When you cut more public jobs than the private sector can produce, UE does not go down, and consumer demand does not rise.
Walker saved Wisconsin from the very people who support Obamas' socialist policies.
More importantly, Walker has written the play book for all other states to oust the govt. nursemaids.

Interesting link, and interesting to see how few of the top 17 states are blue....and how few of the bottom 10 are red. Wonder if correlation=causation in this case?
He has only been in office since 2011. Does the WI gov only get a 2 year term?
The person you're replying to appears to be a liberal. Give him a break, you need to remember that they typically are very bad at math.
