If you don't think it is going to happen to you then you don't have to own one.

What is the chance your house is going to catch on fire? I'm sure you have a fire extinguisher smoke detectors and insurance, you should really get rid of all three since the chance is so low.

Well, I never did much care for the word "why". It implies that someone need s to justify themselves, to someone else. Suffice it to say, my needs are my own. Besides, "assault weapons" arent my thing. I'm not assaulting anything, or anyone. I own precision service rifles. And again, my needs are my own.
