NY Suffolk county comes to confiscate fathers firearms over what his son said (death, school)

I saw this on the blaze, I can not confirm the accuracy of this but given other events recently from NY I wouldn't put it passed.

"Pines Elementary School informing him that his 10-year-old son and two other students were talking about going to a boy’s house with a water gun, “paint gun” and a BB gun"

But registration doesn't lead to confiscation. All the gun grabbers told me so.
