He's just getting senile and we'll be rid of this guy soon.
I guess Kagan is in cahoots with him too

Or maybe people can still be friends even though they share different views. I would understand why you wouldn't believe this based on reading C-D forums.

What imbecile can't figure out a Judge going hunting with another Judge, is not comparable to a SCOTUS Judge going on an expense paid hunting trip with 2nd in command of the Executive Branch?

Not sure if he is a racist, but he is extremely partisan to the point that he can't separate his own personal biases.

That's a very very bad quality to have in a judge. So much for the statement that justice is blind.

Most of the judges turn out partisan. It's not surprising they vote in accordance to whomever appointed them. We need a different system of picking judges in this country.

He also had a closed door, meeting with the Tea Party Caucus, were the press were prohibited from attending.

In terms of professional conduct the guy is a loser.

Here's another example.

How about they were actually long time friends, before Cheney was VP or that other justices were at cheney's house that same Christmas. Believe it or not, the justices have friends as well.
Scalia Angrily Defends His Duck Hunt With Cheney - NYTimes.com

In a 21-page memorandum filled with scorn and with lessons in the ways of Washington, Justice Scalia wrote that if people assumed a duck hunting trip would be enough to swing his vote, ``the nation is in deeper trouble than I had imagined.''

He said that throughout American history, justices have been friends with high-ranking government officials, and that as recently as Christmas other justices socialized with Mr. Cheney at the vice president's home.

The "low information" crowd thinks they're turning over the Voting Rights Act.
You'll never convince them differently. More fun to scream racist anyway.
