If Obama really wanted to bring back the assault weapons ban, he had a golden opportunity to do it when the democrats had both houses, he never did.

Please quote the post where I said anything resembling the above. I said that Obama is in favor of gun control including banning guns. This is a fact that you can't change no matter how hard you try to spin.
