This is pretty self-explanatory; as a Jew I have been called an anti-Semite for criticizing Israeli policy, and a 'self-hating Jew' by fellow Jews. However there are plenty of Jews unhappy with the political situation in Israel, believe me. And not all Jews see Palestinians as being 100% wrong and Israelis as being 100% right.
I don't see how criticizing a country's politics or actions makes one an anti-Semite simply because the country is majority-Jewish. That's like saying you hate white people because you're condemning something the US did, or somethign a European country did. It's asinine.
It is what it is. There are ignorant people all over the world with their own little preconcieved notions of what one is supposed to believe based on one's national origin, gender, religious background, etc. Jews and Israelis are no different.
