That was not the proper way to handle any legal case and will just result in a reworded attempt to address the issue. Of course the, question remains, does the Obama have legal justification to hold office of POTUS? Other than documents that could have easily be forged, there has been no other inquiry. Remember liberal leaning citizens, put Bush in place of Obama and ask yourself "was the right thing done?"
To the contrary, Noonan v. Bowen, which was filed in bad faith and without legal justification, was properly disposed of by the courts. The demurrer to the first amended petiton was properly denied by the California Superior Court without leave to amend; the late emergency writ of mandamus to derail the election was properly denied by the California Supreme Court; and the unfounded application for a stay and writ properly denied by Justice Anthony Kennedy. Thereafter, on January 4, 2013, the Congress, in joint session, certified the election of Barack Obama to the Office of President of the United States under the Constitution by the Electoral College without objection. There is the end of the matter.

There were a lot of republicans in leadership who were very worried just before Obama's first term that the Democrats would push for hearings over WMD's, etc. with a goal of putting some people in jail. Instead, we moved forward. This birther thing is completely ridiculous, and it has been from the beginning. Enough.

i'd argue, as someone with a career in printing, how "easily" that would be considering the security paper but..... it would be a moot point. both the COLB and LFBC are verified by HI state health dept officials.....
