If it is true that he was taking or prescribed serious medications, like anti psychotic meds, evidence of that can be easily found. That should be something that would be included in the final investigative report. ACCESS to guns was certainly a problem. If he had no access to guns, certainly it would have been difficult for him to act out. However, a gun or guns did kill those people.
Others from his school also said he had outbursts. That seems to be a truth.
I don't understand why his mother had weapons in her home at all much less teaching him to use them. She seems to have been an intelligent woman. He was clearly an unbalanced kid, regardless of whether he was on meds or not. This is what it comes down to for me, I don't get the mother's actions at all.

He may have artificially MEANT to kill, but he may have been aced by all of the competitive assistance.
