How about it -

a girl slips into your room late at night, gets into bed, arouses you and performs the deed

is this rape - no consent given as you were asleep?

the other way around would surely result in conviction - so why not in this case?

so what is the law here then?

I always thought that a woman could not actually be convicted of rape unless the male was a minor

Who would STAY asleep?

The only way a woman can actually rape a man would also involve some sort of restraints, not the fun kind. So rape would be imprisonment in some way too. Does it ever happen? I have no clue.

Depends what she looked like, I am half joking. Society would surely convict a roseanne over a Meagan Fox. I would also assume all Ann Coulter relations end in rape convictions.

Rape is about power and debasement, not sex. It isn't always an event predicated on vanilla sexual paradigms. She could use instruments. Just saying.

Not according the law. Most states have eliminated gender references in sexual assault statutes. Keep in mind that rape does not always involve members of the opposite gender.

Are we discussing law in Cambodia - or America?

What?

Your claim that being unconscious causes a person assaulted in such a manner, to be considered raped?

Do you apply the same standard to female victims of this despicable crime?

Or do you consider rape of men by women to be "legitimate".
