Your question doesn't need answering because everyone knows heat trapping gases......trap heat! That's the most elementary of thermodynamics . What people are fighting over is how much of these heat trapping gases are being released, why, and what the effects would be besides the thermostat registering higher temps. There's been so many shenanigans on the warming side that we really don't know the truth.
That doesn't matter at all. What matters is global warming is being used as a way to punish the poor and middle class to feed the plutocrats more money. People are not going to buy the you're lazy, you need to work more and work harder and pay more taxes and retire when you're dead because we spent all of our money on caviar, private jets, and €10 million châteaus in France. But people will buy into the scam that they need to sell all their possessions and move into a jailcell spaced apartment so the elite can have the countryside all for themselves, instead of us greedy, overpaid, underworked, undertaxed useless eaters

There was a PBS broadcast tonight regarding the Tidewater area in VA that is very susceptible to flooding, they dodged a bullet when Sandy passed them by without a direct hit but it's just a matter of time with the rising sea level. Same story up and down the east coast as government planners try to address the rising levels, anyone that doesn't beleive rising sea levels really doesn't belong on a scientific committee.
