I live in Oklahoma City. Piedmont isn't far. Honestly, it's a tiny town. The cops I'm sure have literally nothing better to do. That ticket was probably the most police action he'd gotten himself into in months. Pretty ridiculous. That'll get thrown out I'm sure.
That would be an amateur move with half the fine of the actual offense. A "Conspiracy to publicly urinate" conviction would probably put $5000 in the public coffers and would be what a seasoned prosecutor would go for.
Well as bad as Oklahoma is, statistically there is no worse state to live in than West Virginia. Compared to West Virginia, Oklahoma is paradise.
