"Press, Venezuela’s electoral council has declared that Hugo Chavez beat Henriques Capriles in Sunday’s presidential election with about 54 percent of the vote, despite exit polls showing otherwise. Venezuela Twitter users have claimed Chavez’s victory was wrought with election fraud, and that the socialist incumbent president sent tanks into the streets of his country as those exit poll reports showed him losing. A picture of the tanks surfaced on Twitter Sunday evening.

I wouldn't be surprised if these gas smugglers were voting to re-elect Chavez because they're benefiting from his gas policy. lol

Caifornia's gas prices will be temoprary. Their high prices are being affected by recent problems at some of their refineries.

Chavez's policies are breeding corruption and like I said he is probably recieving alot of votes from people benefiting from his bad economic policies like those gas smugglers taking advantage of their artificially low gas prices.
