The poll is flawed, because if you answer the question in the thread title yes you are actually contradicting yourself by choosing yes in the poll question. I didn't vote.
I can't tell but I own 2 AK's and no one is going to take either of em. I may buy more.....
Seems to me the Govt had controll the day i bought them, well one of them, since i had to pass NICS. I had another too once and passed NICS for that, but the last one i took in a private sale, but i would have still passed NICS.
The guy that i sold to would have passed NICS and I keep paper on any trades I make, which is quite legal.
This is a goophy thread and i may not really pay it much mind as it is thread number 4 on the topic.
