It would seem that you are surely counting.

Also, here we have another example of who keeps bringing up the birther question here on C-D. It sure isn't "birthers" as you people call them.

correct, it appears that those who previously supported birtherism are abandoning the cause. plus some of the more aggressive birthers have been banned from the site ( sometimes to return under a different moniker ). but just because it is the "anti-birthers" that keep reporting on birtherism here on C-D doesn't mean the topic has faded away. far from it. WND, orly taitz, sherriff joe arpaio, larry klayman and many others are still very active and very vocal in the cause.

it does seem tho that many here on C-D who had previously promoted birtherism would prefer that it just went away with no other mention ( or any admission that they could have been wrong on the subject ).

Every time someone starts a 'birther' thread, it's a win. Every time a citizens starts a birther suit is another chance to pin a tail on the donkey.

I have a question about these lawsuits. Here in Canada if you persue a suit, it first has to pass a precourt discovery phase where the court decides if it will even hear the case. Is there such a thing in the USA?

Secondly, if the court hears your case and you lose, you have to pay ALL COSTS. All legal fees plus court costs which are considerable.

These policies keep frivolous cases at a minumum in the system.

These birther cases would never survive the discovery process here in Canada. As the loser you still have to pay all costs. If your opponent's legal bill is a million or so then you are in the manure EH?
