It seems to me that they need to get busy and nominate someone for President with the election just over 4 months away. The man must have been very desperate with the judge to tell him something like that.

What happens if the judge takes the lawyer's words as truth? Does that take Obama's name from the Florida ballot?

Please note that this judge has been pretty important in our history just 12 years ago. It was his decision the Democrats had to appeal to the US Supreme court. Maybe he can do it again.

Well, since the Democrats have yet to hold their national convention, at which the official nominee for president is selected, I guess it is a true statement.

Sure it is true but then Romney has not been officially nominated yet but the Dems are campaigning as if he had. The game is the same for both sides, isn't it?
