Are your fingers red from cherry picking yet?

UE rates:

South Carolina - 9.1

Alabama - 7.4

California - 10.8

Now, I'm sure you graduated kindergarten. You tell me, which of those states has the highest UE rate? Which one has the lowest? Yep, interesting indeed.

If you believe tiny gains are a big improvement. Also I think you need to better analyze this data -- how many unemployed fell off the unemployment stats because they have come to the end of their unemployment benefits?

You really need to take off your rose-colored glasses and read up -- unemployment statistics are based on active job seekers, those receiving unemployment checks, but don't count those who are now off those rolls.
