If parents are responsible, then they should be held responsible when they fail.

While you are answering that question you might also define "failure of parents" and state how they should be held responsible and who should hold them responisble.

Gonna rep you for this - Sity, you and I agree 95% of the time - I don't know why you are posting in that other forum that I "follow you around" and harass you. I call things like I see them - and you are spot on with many things - others not so much IMHO. But keep up the good fight!

I think it's pretty easy to define. If they want taxpayer's money, then it's the failure of the parents.
Like I said, for failure of the parents, the government should put the children in foster care and put the parents in prison or have them payback all the money.

I can hardly see that 80% of the people are against Obamacare. In fact, the largest party in the country, Democrats, passed the bill.
